Management at Lighthouse Imaging is committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry best practices. Our QMS adheres to the necessary processes, their sequence and interaction, with the intent of conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003, and with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
Processes include management activities, provision of resources, product realization and measurement, analysis and improvement. Responsible authorities monitor, measure, and analyze these processes, including outsourced processes, and take appropriate actions necessary to achieve planned results and continually improve performance of the QMS.
