Salli is a seasoned professional with a history of success in Regulatory Compliance and Quality Management within the medical device space. She has extensive experience implementing and maintaining ISO 13485 certified Quality Management Systems. Her career has consisted of Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering and QA / RA Manager roles.
Salli has continuous improvement mindset and extensive experience developing, implementing and improving processes and procedures. She believes in utilizing key performance indicators (KPI) to identify areas of improvement and achieve performance goals. Through effective communication and a collaborative approach, she has established long term partnerships with customers, suppliers and design and development engineers.
Salli completed the Thayer Leadership training through West Point and holds a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Affairs for Drugs, Biologics and Medical Devices from Northeastern University.
