Doug has spent his engineering career focused on the design, development, and manufacturing of medical devices, prior to his experience at Lighthouse he worked in surgical tooling and molecular diagnostics. Doug combines his engineering experience with data analysis, strong interpersonal leadership, and task execution skills to bring medical devices out of the development lab and onto the manufacturing floor.
