Windham, Maine – July 1, 2013 – Lighthouse Imaging – An award-winning designer and manufacturer of medical optical devices, Lighthouse Imaging LLC has relocated from Portland, Maine to Windham.
Lighthouse’s majority owner, Peter Anania, who is a longtime Windham resident said the reason for the move in July was a result of the company’s revenue increasing four-fold and the fact that, in addition to design and development, Lighthouse is expanding its manufacture of medical optical devices.
The 13,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility meets Anania’s goal of accommodating the company’s growing number of employees and provides room for research and development, design, engineering and sales. Lighthouse Imaging was previously located in a 3,000-square-foot space in downtown Portland, but the location did not provide enough space for the manufacturing side of business. Since Anania & Associates invested in Lighthouse Imaging, the company has tripled its workforce.
